By setting every employee to have the privilege of SMDSPPV in your Visual Produce system, when an employee tries to use a feature that they do not have the privilege to access, the missing Privilege ID will appear in the “access denied message” making it easier for the person that maintains your User Privileges to add access to the feature.  The person that maintains User Privileges simply needs to add the missing privilege to the user without having to look through the description of each one to determine what privilege is needed.
