Silver Creek Software provides comprehensive phone, e-mail, Internet, and on-site technical support services. Currently subscribed users of our support plan receive:

  • Unlimited telephone and technical support for all users on client’s system and technical patches to the software during normal business hours, Monday- Friday 7AM-6PM MST
  • Quality support designed to insure the error-free operation of the Client’s Visual Produce Accounting Software.
  • Technical Support reports on job status, priority, problem description, resolution dates and times, and a comprehensive monthly report detailing work activity for the month. A chart can also be provided at the user’s request showing a summary of all items logged and their status.
  • Optional support contracts are also available for 24 hours a day seven days a week support.
Project Management, Programming and Consulting Services

Silver Creek Software offers project management, data conversion,network consulting, installation, and training services, for customers requiring a smooth transition to Visual Produce. Our staff has designed and installed hundreds of mission critical Visual Produce applications.
