Signature Capture

Eliminate the need to track down who signed for the order and get paid faster in the process. Mobile Delivery Tracker allows for:

  • Signature capture and upload to your Visual Produce database.
  • Customer service can see immediately who signed for the product and when. If delivery protests arise, the CSR is armed with the information to present and discuss the issue with the customer.
  • A copy of the invoice can be emailed or the customer can login to Visual Internet and view the signatures online without having to route the inquiry through their normal service representative.
  • Costs are thereby reduced and invoice questions resolved quicker so you can get paid faster.
Sales Order Returns

Sales Order returns are created from invoice records of the last 2 weeks for every customer on the route.

  • If a customer needs a credit, the driver can either key in or scan the invoice number and the system will verify that the product was purchased from your company and on what date.
  • If the invoice is approved, the application will create a return with the specified item and quantity. Price for the credit is drawn from the invoice being credited.
  • The return is then electronically transmitted back to the company server where a sales order return manifest can be printed and approved.
